Welcome to True North Physio! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

About Us

True North Physio provides physiotherapy services to individuals. Our sessions are led by trained professionals who follow our safeguarding and professional standards.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through our official booking platform or by invoice.

Payment must be made in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If we need to cancel a session, we will reschedule or offer a credit/refund where applicable.

Health & Safety

Clients must ensure they are fit and able to take part in physiotherapy sessions.

Any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs should be disclosed before the session.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide a safe and suitable space for sessions.

Liability

True North Physio and its staff are not responsible for any injuries sustained during sessions, except in cases of negligence.

Photography & Marketing

We may take photographs or short videos during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be included in photos, please inform us in writing before the session.

No names or personal details will be shared in any marketing materials.

Safeguarding & Client Protection

All True North Physio staff hold appropriate checks and follow our Safeguarding Policy. Any safeguarding concerns will be reported in line with client protection guidelines.
