Meet our founder, Laura

With over 20 years of experience, Laura brings together clinical expertise and a genuine passion for helping people move and feel better. She’s a Chartered Physiotherapist and Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy Practitioner accredited by Health Education England, with a MSc in Manual Therapy and a strong foundation in evidence-based care.


Beyond the qualifications, Laura’s approach is about listening closely, tailoring support, and making every person feel seen and supported — no matter their age, ability, or background. As a certified Pilates instructor and yoga-informed practitioner, she blends movement, mobility, and recovery in a way that’s practical, empowering, and always rooted in care.
